About Turiya
I have been trained in many different modalities such as Gestalt, Bioenergetics, Psychodrama, Family Therapy (V. Satir), NLP, Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing™ (Peter Levine), Ego Psychology, Family Constellation, Enneagram and Astrology and Essence Work. My work focuses on healing the wounds of the past and transforming old rigid ego patterns into experiences of joy, acceptance, and love of life. My work has evolved into discovering how to be in the present moment and learning how to accept our human nature with all its darkness and all its light.

Essence Work
This is a year long training to become a certified Counsellor. Our Psychology of Awakening is a unique approach that creates a bridge between the individual as seen through the understandings of Western Humanistic Psychology and approaches to spiritual awakening with origins in various middle eastern and eastern traditions.
The Path of Love 7-day retreat is one of the most intensive and life-changing meditation and personal development processes in the world today, and has gained an extraordinary reputation amongst people who really want to come to know the truth about themselves. It is a profound inner work.
The time has come for all women to wake up to the depth and power of being a woman today. We are at an evolutionary edge in society where the integration of mature feminine qualities is absolutely essential. Not only for the relationship between women and men, but for the values of our culture on which we base the future of humanity.
At the heart of Essence work, is the subtle energy system of the Sufis called the “Lataif”. The work describes a pathway to assist the retrieval of our connection to various Essential states, including our true capacity for Will, Strength, Love, Value, Compassion, Peace and Joy.
